reFUND & REturn POLICy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of on-demand printing through our print partner, all shop items are non-returnable and non-refundable. However, if you have received a damaged/defective product, the wrong item (size/color/product), or any problems with the print quality, please reach out to us within 30 days of delivery of the product, with pictures, so that we can quickly file a claim through our print partner and proceed with a replacement or refund following review of the photos.

Please make sure to select the correct products, color, and size, and use the sizing charts provided in the listing pictures to ensure proper fit before ordering. We are unable to recommend particular sizes, but please feel free to reach out via our contact form if you have any questions or need help using the sizing charts!

Double-check your address upon ordering. If an order ships to the wrong address or has trouble getting delivered and is returned due to buyer error when placing the order, additional shipping costs will apply to reship the order to the correct address. Forced returns are not allowed as these are made-to-order items and the unclaimed item(s) will be donated per my print partner.

If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to our shop within 30 days of the ship-by date so that we can look into the tracking through our print partner. If the tracking information states that an order was delivered but you haven’t received it, you will need to contact the shipping carrier directly. We are unable to file claims for packages that have been deemed delivered.


 

We are not responsible for delays in transit and cannot guarantee specific delivery dates. All shipping profiles are estimates and not a guarantee of time; shipping times are separate from production times.
